This, is a result of our recent initiative to add to the JFAS experience. This will be my first post on this site. It could not have come at a better time either. It turns out that difficulties caused by the CCC program for registering rooms has put us out of our usual room for the Friday of this week and the next. Spurred by this incident, an idea to include manga in our meetings by my treasurer, and just a tiny bit of my own imagination, I have come up with the MSI (Media Swap Initiative ). Members have consistently commented that they wish there was more interaction in the meetings. They wished they could actually do something. MSI is the answer. My plan is to promote, at first, a manga swap of sorts. The Idea is that members will bring their manga… and then read others why they read theirs at the meeting. Those interested in this should bring manga, digital or paper, and then share with others their manga, the reason they chose the titles, and a little about themselves. Lets finally get to know each other.
